responsibilities
The responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Guide and advise leaders in corrective action, development plans, employee hirings etc.
- Administer and advise leaders regarding legal and regulatory compliance
- Recruit, support and develop talent through creating policies and managing procedures
- Develop strategic HR plans and policies
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Develop performance management processes
- Maintain updated knowledge of operational procedures and processes
- Work with subject matter experts and corporate teams in designing training material. Develop criteria, measure and track training effectiveness, including examinations and simulated activities
- Manage the learning management systems and assist with employee communications portal. Provide other administrative support as assigned
- Support all areas within talent development
- Manage performance through annual performance review cycle, engagement survey, and succession planning initiatives
requirements
The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist position should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated HR Generalist role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field. Master’s degree a plus
- Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products
- Proven ability to successfully provide relevant and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex environment
