General Responsibilities include:
∙ Obtain stability with all company policies
Main focus would be but not limited to:
∙ Clean dishes, kitchen, and food preparation equipment
∙ Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans
∙ Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
∙ Utilize all Dishwashing equipment, including dish machine and 3 compartment sinks
∙ Maintain all Restaurant cleanliness with responsibilities such as moping, scrubbing and detail cleaning windows, floors and ceilings, bussing tables, and carrying bus bins
Other responsibilities would be but not limited to moving furniture and equipment
Further responsibilities would be but not limited to landscaping and restaurant maintenance work similar to fixing tables, chairs, light bulbs. Also maintaining restaurant décor such as tasks for painting and dusting.
∙ Professional communication skills are required.
∙ Ability to take direction.
∙ Ability to work in a team environment.
∙ Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
License/Qualifications:
∙ Food Handlers permit required.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
