HOW YOU’LL HELP THE TEAM SUCCEED:
Help us make a difference! The Training Videographer is an entry level position who will work with the training team to help produce high-quality videos that contribute to the overall success of our training programs. This involves collaborating with internal teams throughout the company in obtaining information required for developing instructional support videos. This position will require working in close collaboration with the Operations Leadership and Training teams, Sales Learning Manager, People and Culture Supervisor, and Director of Risk Management. The workload will primarily be project based, requiring setting goals for completion of training material and meeting those goals. Once the direction of a project is identified and outlined, the Training Videographer will work in a self-contributor manner to complete the production for team members across 3 distribution centers in the intermountain west. The Training Videographer will work closely with the Training Content Writer in coordinating video content along with written content.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Degree in Training and Education, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently a must
  • Detail oriented, well organized and objective driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Computer tech savvy
  • LMS knowledge and experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent time management and prioritization ability
