About the Role
A Denver-area based Partner Support Assistant is an early career opportunity within the Campus Partnerships team of WorldStrides Higher Ed. This role will serve as a support to Education Abroad offices as well as a near peer advisor role with our university partners, promoting individual education abroad experiences with ISA and TEAN by WorldStrides.
Primary Job Responsibilities
The role may include a varied set of duties including those below, which may change based on the evolving needs of our partners and the Campus Partnerships team throughout the year.
Hold office hours on campus to meet with students and advise on education abroad opportunities.
This could be in an office and/or coffee shop/Student Union a few hours a week
Achieve and/or exceed student lead generation through interaction of students during campus and virtual advising hours, outreach and student events
Support the education abroad office through student advising and additional administrative duties as needed.
Staff tables at study abroad fairs and additional student engagement activities such as events with Greek Life and other student organizations.
Participate in pre-departure orientations and re-entry support.
Work closely and collaboratively with undergraduate student Global Ambassadors.
Manage record keeping pertaining to the universities within your portfolio, including campus visit notes, contacts, program developments, approved programs, business development tracking, and other data points
Report on enrollment, trends, opportunities and projects to Campus Partnerships colleagues and leadership
Travel as necessary to achieve success in all areas above.
Qualifications
This an early career opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s degree
Enthusiasm and passion for education abroad and international education
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and desire to learn new aspects of the International Education field
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience abroad (living, study, work, intern, volunteer, etc.)
Experience on an ISA or TEAN or other WorldStrides program

The starting salary for this position is $35,000
