JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our Warehouse Department as an Order Selector. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Warehouse Team with objectives including:

Job Requirements:

• MUST BE WILLING TO ACCEPT FULL-TIME POSITION WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE.
• Safely and efficiently pick customer orders for shipment utilizing a pallet jack while working in a team environment
• Build orders in compliance with all company standards including accuracy, product safety, labeling, OSHA and food safety standards
• Be able to read stickers/labels including numbers and can count and perform simple math
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Attendance is key, must be able and committed to being to work on time and as scheduled
• Has the ability lift up to 75 lbs repetitively
• Is willing to work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28 to 38, Dry ambient temps) and fast paced environment

Schedule:

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• 4 pm – 10 pm (30 hours or less)
• Schedule and hours can be flexible if needed

Hourly Pay Rate:

• $18.00 per hour during 12 week training period; this pay rate can be increased if production numbers reach incentive program rates
• Incentive pay program as soon as production goals are met; incentive rates pay on average between $20-$26 per hour and is based on accuracy and efficiency; default pay rate if production goals are not met after training period is $18 per hour

Must pass pre-employment testing including drug testing, ergonomics testing, and background check
