As a Collection Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a brilliant customer experience while making inbound and outbound calls to customers who have fallen into arrears.
• Building long-lasting relationships while rehabilitating the customer and ensuring no further arrears.
• Motivating and guiding customers through the collections process
• Discussing sensitive financial situations
• Providing a positive outcome for customers and clients

requirements

The ideal candidate for this Collection Advisor position should have:

• Independent motivation, high integrity and result-oriented work ethic
• Minimum three months previous experience within a debt recovery/collections role would be great but not essential
• Professional communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
