The opportunity

As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will play an active part in helping our clients protect themselves against the ever-changing cyber threat landscape. You will be technically minded and process oriented, providing support and advice to our clients daily. You will have experience of working with advanced technologies across the network and endpoints but most of all have the chance to accelerate your own career and collaborate with talented professionals so as to deliver exceptional client service.

As part of a team you’ll be able to anticipate and identify risks within projects and discuss any arising issues with other members of the team, providing recommendations on how these problems can be solved.

Your key responsibilities

You will be given the opportunity to work and take responsibilities on challenging projects by gaining exposure to various sectors, both within Greece and abroad. Bringing experience and unique insight on one or more areas, you will use your knowledge to provide services covering a spectrum of activities. You will be taking responsibility for the quality of your work and receive regular feedback, while continually developing your personal and professional skills through formal training, hands-on experience and coaching.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or similar area.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-oriented subject, such as Computer and Information Systems.

• 3 or more years of experience in the field of security testing.

• Advanced knowledge in operating systems and network security concepts.

• Willingness to research client inquiries and emerging issues, industry practices, and new technologies.

• Willingness to research new and modern security testing techniques and develop custom tradecraft along with self-motivation to continuously develop in the areas of cybersecurity.

• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to translate technical issues into business risks and describe them both in writing and verbally.

Ideally, you’ll also have experience in one or more of the following:

• Infrastructure security assessments such internal, external, and emerging technologies environment penetration testing.

• Application security assessments such as web and mobile applications.

• Red team, adversary simulation, assumed breach, or similar covert type of offensive security assessments.

• Purple teaming/ control-tuning type of engagements.

• Secure code review.

• Development of sophisticated social engineering and phishing campaign.

• Any related professional qualification (e.g. OSEE, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, OSCP, GSEC, GPEN, GCIH, GWAPT, GXPN, eCPTx, etc.)
