CESA (Central & Southeast Europe and Central Asia) EY-Parthenon is recently established and fast growing. This is providing new team membersbroader responsibilities, more exposure to clients, and overall a significant opportunity for personal growth and development.
Therefore EY-Parthenon is looking to attract Senior Managers/ Directors with experience in FMCG, Energy & Utilities and Government sectors who are looking for entrepreneurship and responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
Your key responsibilities
The EY-Parthenon Senior Manager/Director will have a leading role in the development and execution of the strategy services.
The selected candidate will be expected to:

Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
-
Develop the business and acquire new clients and engagements
-
Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs
-
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation
-
Successfully supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff
Skills and attributes for success
-
Strong Project Management skills and experience in strategic transformation and restructuring projects
-
Deep experience in group / business unit strategic planning, performance improvement strategy (uplift in pricing, productivity, sales, etc). Market entry strategy as well as business planning are important too.
To qualify for the role you must have
-
At least 10 years working experienceeither in strategy consulting and/or in an in-house strategy/corporate development at a leading firm.

Educational background from civil, bio- or business engineering or economics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
-
Experience with managing multiple complex business projects in parallel
-
Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching)
-
Proven external relationship building capabilities leading to successful business development
-
Merger planning and post merger integration, synergies achievement experience.

Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and advanced communication skills

Proficient knowledge of English
