The Role:
The EF Ultimate Break team is looking for its next Group Sales Account Specialist. In this role you have the unique opportunity to support Greeks to Greece, a new and fast-growing program under EF Ultimate Break. Greeks to Greece focuses on recruiting strong leaders who are part of Greek Life communities across the United States to plan international tours for their communities. Our mission is to make international travel more accessible to collegiate women and men alike while also promoting community bonding through an impactful and educational experience.
Key Tasks:
Manage group trips by speaking with Sorority Ambassadors about common traveler needs and other pre-departure questions.
Set correct expectations by providing detailed information to travelers to ensure they havea full understanding of each component of the trip prior to their tour.
Initiate and follow-upon Group requests such as fly together, rooming and group discounts as the liaison between Sorority Ambassadors and internal EF Ultimate Break departments.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and internal systems
Support the Sorority Ambassador recruitment efforts by utilizing the sales process to encourage Group Members to sign up for the tour and add optional excursions and travel insurance.
A successful Groups Account Specialist will be:
