responsibilities

As an Application Engineer & Technical Support you will be responsible for:

• Sales activities support with in-depth technical support
• Trainings and seminars animation to stakeholders in respect to commercial and product strategy
• Perform field visits and fleet trials follow-up, both in Greece and Export countries
• Technical complaints handling
• Provide lubrication solutions and reduction of maintenance cost tools (TCO)
• Oil analysis promotion (ANAC tool) as part of the global service of the company
• Ensure promotion of technological products  by providing technical support
• Find commercial opportunities in new technologies and propose them to the sales team
• Participation in technical and commercial events in order to increase reliability  and awareness
• Participation in creation of marketing materials
• Ensure field presence  both in industries within Greece and export countries
• Communicate technical info or evolution sent by HQ adapted to the local market

requirements

To be an ideal candidate for the Application Engineer and Technical Support position, you should possess:

• At least 5 years experience in a technical role, preferably in a multinational organization
• Previous experience in the lubricants sector would be an asset
• University degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal both written and oral skills
• Customer-oriented approach, but also a team spirit player
• Aptitude in  working with numbers and organizing
• Travel availability
• Driver’s license type B required
• Easily adaptable to a technical environment and open to ”hands on” experience
