responsibilities

As an Application Support Engineer, you will join the IT department of the company that consists of experienced IT professionals and your responsibilities will be the following:

• Support the operational management of company’s IT systems and get actively involved in all aspects of the development of systems and applications (ERP etc.)
• Liaise with end-users & software vendors in order to achieve these outcomes
• Coordinate with user personnel and IT Department to provide requirements definition, clarification, prioritization
• Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected and train end-users while also debugging the systems and ensuring that they are error-free
• Prepare a broad variety of reports and provide data and management insights to the upper management

requirements

In order for your profile to match the Application Support Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in IT or relative field
• SQL working experience (complex queries, data extraction or identification etc.)
• Experience in system testing (preparing test plans, verification of error correction, etc.)
• Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Completed military obligations, if applicable

The following will be considered an asset:

• Familiarity with any reporting tool
• Working experience in any ERP
• Experience in any BI tool
