responsibilities

For this BI and Analytics Officer position, your daily task will include:

• First level support to end users of Veeva CRM on their ad-hoc requests and system maintenance
• Second level support on Veeva CRM platform completing necessary steps to update information regarding multi channel cycle planning, segmentation and targeting etc.
• Data cleansing and data maintenance of our master data (with the overview of IMCM coordinator and his/her manager) validating relevant information before being used in Tableau dashboards.
• Work closely and support marketing colleagues for content creation through e-wizard.
• Handles tools and analytical methodologies with the purpose of updating and following up on designed KPIs and relevant metrics.

requirements

For this BI and Analytics Officer position, we would expect to see from your CV:

• University degree from a reputable university with strong preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or relevant.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Business Analysis or any other relevant field is considered an asset.
• 2 years of work experience with database queries, stored procedure writing, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), data cube technology, CRM platforms, BI and relevant tools.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional and cross-border environment.
• Very good presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Business understanding, innovative thinking and passion to deliver great results.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures.
• Proficient digital/IT skills – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
