The responsibilities of the Business Analyst are the following:

• Regular sales reporting/sales controlling (weekly, monthly, yearly); on different levels (management reporting, brand reporting, customer reporting)
• Creation of business plans, budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business and stakeholders
• Participate in monthly performance meetings with management and sales teams
• Continuous development of management reporting and controlling tools
• Use of sales controlling to drive commercial performance through accurate insights and advice
• Working on ad-hoc requests from top management or group
• Optimization of different company relevant processes
• Regular analysis of industry trends and competitors
• Manage and implement special projects
• Close collaboration with Commercial management and regional HQ

requirements

The Business Analyst should have the following:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field of studies
• Previous working experience as a commercial financial analyst or controller or experience in a similar position in a strongly analytical environment
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of sophisticated models; data driven approach
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Fluent English
• Hands-on approach
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Structured and organized work-approach
• Project management skills
• Communicative and flexible personality
