We are looking for a business analyst to join our high-profile and successful team building the strategic intraday front-office risk systems for Equities, FX and Fixed Income trading.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including
gathering business requirements;
testing and demonstrating new functionality;
test result analysis;
participating in planning and design sessions; and
documentation.

Your skills and experience
A successful candidate will have Experience working with front office users, particularly in gathering and documenting requirements and demonstrating features; Experience with risk systems, including an understanding of risk measures (e.g. the Greeks) and P&L; An understanding of equity, FX and fixed income products and related business flows; Experience sourcing, manipulating and analysing data from various sources and in various formats with appropriate tools, for example SQL, Excel, bash, Python, etc.; Experience in project management, possibly leading small teams; Experience working in an Agile development team; Ideally, familiarity with a programming language such as Scala, Java, .Net or Python; An understanding of the value of diversity in the workplace and a dedication to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
