The opportunity

You’ll be acting as an ambassador for EY, so our reputation for excellence and innovation in a wide range of professional services will be in your hands. Your key responsibilities

It’s no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this role. You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities, from attracting young talents to participating in Employer Branding initiatives and defining sourcing strategies. It’s all about creatively identifying and reacting to opportunities to grow and improve our recruitment strategy. And whatever you find yourself doing, your priority will be bringing future leaders into the business. In return, you can expect plenty of opportunities to develop your own career.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Managing the selection process of junior profiles: from drafting of the position description up to the signature of the offer letter.

  • Establishing strong relationships with the line management

  • Keeping the hiring managers informed about recruitment activities and selection processes.

  • Actively attending job fairs and graduate events in order to promote EY as future employer of choice, taking into account EYs Recruitment & Employer Branding strategy.

  • Contributing in defining the recruiting strategies for your Service Line.

You are a team member of the Belgian Recruitment Team and will report to the Recruitment Manager. The position will be based in Diegem.

What we look for:

We’re interested in knowledgeable professionals ready to take ownership for our clients hiring needs. You’ll need to be naturally curious, ready to learn and have a genuine passion for finding the right people for the right roles.

To qualify for the role you must:

  • Have a Master degree

  • Have excellent knowledge of Dutch/French/English

  • Have a passion for talent attraction and employer branding. A first recruitment experience is an asset. And we are also open for people working currently in Finance, Audit, Tax or Consulting and willing to make a move towards HR.

  • Have excellent relationship building, negotiation and an understanding of influencing factors for a wide range of audiences

  • Be a real team player and an excellent communicator

  • Be result driven, have strong organizations skills and self-starting mindset
