Join our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and you will directly support and promote our brand and reputation. Through internal communications, public relations and corporate communications, you’ll provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences. These include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media and the communities within which we operate.

The opportunity

You’ll be responsible for supporting the design, development, quality and management of the internal and/or external communications initiatives for Talent and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) that support our business objectives. We’re looking for fresh thinking, new ideas, and creativity to re-engage our people and attract top talent to EY. You will be expected to team closely with our extended Brand, Marketing and Communications team to drive consistent messaging across the Americas and liaise with Global.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll supportthe Talent function’s communication strategy, working with Communications team and internal and external stakeholders to support Talent priorities. You’ll identify content opportunities, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals, and edit as needed. You’ll manage channels for Talent including mailings, newsletters, websites, Daily News/EY Homepage, social media channels and more. You’ll work on a variety of Talent initiatives and leverage your communications knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent, timely and relevant messaging. You’ll drive connection with our Brand, Marketing and Communications team across the Americas and Global.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for communications

  • Works independently on communications activities, occasionally manage the work of others

  • Manages small-to-medium scale communications initiatives, generally under the direction of the Communications team leader

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Minimum of 5 plus years of experience, marketing experience is required

  • Bachelor’s degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent work experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Ability to assist in managing budget for communication initiatives
