responsibilities
As a Contracts Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc.
- Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments. Coordinates with recruiters and payroll consultants to ensure status of contract provisions and compliance.
- Ensure that all documentation within the contract is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate contract process including distributing and receiving contracts within deadlines.
- Proactively support teammates with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and assessment implementation.
