responsibilities

As a Contracts Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc. 
  • Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments. Coordinates with recuriters and payroll consultants to ensure status of contract provisions and compliance.
  • Ensure that all documentation within the contract is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate contract process including distributing and receiving contracts within deadlines.
  • Proactively support teammates with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and assessment implementation.

requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or other related area of study.
  • Up to two years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally with good working knowledge of contracts or recruitment administration..
  • Excellent oral, written skills in both Greek and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office including Word and Excel (or google drive equivalent).
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent follow up skills and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Customer Service mindset
