Job Description
R.S.D.R ENTERPRISES LTD DBA Ramies Greek Restaurant is seeking a Cook at #9-4287 Kingsway Burnaby, BC V5H 1Z5. (Even Though this full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 15 dollars per hour. No of hours are 40 per week.
Job Description/Duties:
Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
May plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
May hire and train kitchen staff.
Requirements: Completion of Secondary School. At least 2 years experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment
