Key Responsibilities
- Handle CRM System (Veeva) and all CRM related processes, supporting all commercial teams
- Prepare CRM KPIs reporting based on relevant data extracts (monthly and ad-hoc)
- Manage CRM data maintenance
- Ensure commercial cycle plans process implementation in CRM
- Partner with Regional Veeva team to adopt new system functionalities to enhance sales force effectiveness
- Database cleansing, using SQL
- First line support to end users
requirements
Required Skills
- Previous experience with Veeva or other CRM, preferably as a super user or any other back end support
- Bachelor’s University Degree preferably in IT, Business Administration, operations research, science / engineering, finance or other related fields
- Ability to understand tech system’s infrastructure
- Good command of English language
- Good communication skills
