The tasks of a CRM Sales Representative with German will be as follows:

• Achieve campaign’s targets, KPI’s, as well as other projections
• Build and manage all sales activities
• Build and follow up campaigns (e.g. regarding new players retention and reactivation)
• Identify early alerts and manage risks for the customers in a proactive approach
• Capture key customer’s feedback on needs, interest, problems and maintain positive relationships
• To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong professional relationship with them
