responsibilities
The tasks of a German Customer Experience Agent – Work from home include:
- act as the first point of contact for all German speaking clients
- respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
- maintain solid customer relationships with German customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
- troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
- delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements of the German Customer Experience Agent – Work from home role:
- An excellent level in German and a good level in English
- PC literacy
- An internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client centric mindset
