responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible to:
- provide exceptional customer service and collect required information from inbound customer calls and emails
- inform and educate clients on the company’s products and services
- resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
- promote a customer-oriented image for the company by listening to customers, asking questions and providing alternatives aiming to facilitate their needs
- perform miscellaneous job-related inquiries regarding products and orders
- ensure continued customer loyalty by providing timely and accurate information
- quickly navigate through CRM/ Excel systems and document call details while maintaining a conversation with the customers
- maintain open communication channels with other departments
requirements
