responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:
- provide exceptional customer service to the clients and coordinate marine spare parts sales order processing flow
- answer customers’ product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services
- support sales department at all times, by liaising with warehouse, vessel agents, customers and all other parties involved
- process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure high level customer satisfaction
- monitoring end-to-end the logistics process from dispatching, packing lists, invoicing to communicating with forwarders for delivery purposes
