responsibilities
As a Customer Support Coordinator, your duties will include the following:
- answer customers’ product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services.
- process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- present and issue customers’ invoices and vouchers
- receive instruction, guidance and direction from Life Science manager and use own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- apply general knowledge of the business and develop an understanding of how to coordinate customer service and sales support services
requirements
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you must have the following requirements:
- 1-2 year of experience in Customer Service and Ordering positions
- AEI/TEI degree
- excellent PC skills & knowledge of ERP systems
- strong working in a multitasking environment
- great communication and customer service skills
- very good command in English
- excellent command in Greek
