responsibilities

As a Demand & Supply Planner you will be responsible for:

• creating the supply plan based on sales forecasting, demand planning and the warehouse stocks
• elaborating on accurate statistical sales forecasting reports of finished goods via SAP advanced functionalities and consolidated excel reports
• monitoring the launch / relaunch forecasting  process to achieve a successful and timely introduction of the new product across all departments
• check product availability and stock levels in the inventory on a timely and accurate manner 
• take initiatives in case of  alert situation, discussing the critical issues and escalating them quickly when  necessary.  
• maintain order management processes and shipment records updated
• collaborate across all involved departments and share proper information to identify the needs

requirements

To work as a  Demand & Supply Planner, you need to have:

• Bachelor and Master Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/  Logistics/ Supply Chain 
• Excellent knowledge in SAP and Excel 
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar position and/or industry
• Excellent handling of figures and data analysis 
• develop efficient relations, considering expectations of  other departments  
• combine analysis and helicopter view 
• take immediate actions to face and solve issues
• demonstrate passion, aspiration, leadership and ownership 
• results focus oriented with executional focus
• collaborative and good communication skills
