As a Digital Marketing Manager your duties will be the following:

• Managing all digital communication channels of the company including the website, social media and ecommerce platforms
• Plans all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Designs, builds, and maintains the social media presence.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Being responsible for the monthly reporting in terms of creation, analysis and suggestions for further improvement
• Monitoring Display Advertising campaigns measuring their effectiveness based on specific KPIs (in cooperation with the media agency)
• Providing recommendations related to actions for the improvement of company’s website, social media campaigns and digital advertising
• Lead the eCommerce team and manage all company’s partners and vendors.
• Plan and manage the online P&L of the company.

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is ideal for you if you have:

• University/Master Degree in marketing, advertising or business
• At least 5 years experience in a digital marketing position; experience in a digital marketing agency is considered a plus
• Experience in creation of Google ads campaigns
• Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Previous experience in post creation and building social media presence
• Exceptional writing and editing ability (Greek and English)
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Attention to detail and numerical acumen
