Summary

Chobani’s Corporate Affair’s Digital Storyteller will join a dynamic group of storytellers, helping to bring the Chobani story to life on executive social media, internal and external communication channels. The writer/producer will find and tell compelling stories about our product innovation, communities, employees and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts.

Responsibilities

Write, photograph, design, script, and otherwise produce stories using a variety of media, including articles, videos and audio.

Craft strategic interview questions for video or audio pieces about our product innovations, communities, employees and ESG efforts.

Turn complex and sometimes technical ideas into compelling, relatable narratives.

Assist in research and writing long-form content for executive briefing materials, scripts and op-eds in a style that is true to the executives’ voice and tone.

Enhance Chobani’s ability to rapidly write and produce content, including recaps of key events and executive interviews

Collaborate with cross functional partners to align on key initiatives and provide editorial input and writing support.

Requirements

We are looking for a versatile digital-media storyteller that is passionate about creating artful narrative and has a background that includes:

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years relevant experience; Preferably least 2+ years experience in journalism, covering the food industry in a newsroom environment

A portfolio that demonstrates effective storytelling, and experience with multimedia storytelling.

An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong collaborative mindset; able to both self-start and work with others to create outstanding content.

The ability to thrive under changing conditions to produce great work on a deadline.

Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, peers, key influencers, and academics.

The ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals, and with multiple stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong understanding of messaging and reputation management
