Quality responsibilities: Quality and food safety are the responsibility of all of our employees. All dishwashers/cleaners must know SDS and proper sanitation levels for the dishwasher
Summary: Responsible for supplying spotless/clean and sanitized dishes, kitchen utensils, baking equipment and cooking equipment. Will also operate dish machine using appropriate supplies and procedures as well as various cleaning duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following:

Correctly operate pan washing machine
Sort and rack pans
Place clean pans in appropriate storage areas
Keep area, facility and restrooms clean throughout shift
Empty trash in dish room, bathrooms and throughout production as needed.
Follow proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
Learn and follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Visually inspect areas for cleanliness
Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Skills:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
Education and/or Experience
High School graduate or equivalent
Must have ability to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours in length

The work environment is usually hot
Must possess the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
