The opportunity

With our support you’ll build valued relationships with our clients and other members of Consulting team and will focus on high-impact opportunities and projects. Bringing experience and unique insight on one or more disciplines, you will use your knowledge to provide combined services covering a spectrum of activities from strategy and transformation in banking and finance to financial risk management and information technology. As a member of Consulting team, you’ll help clients to solve complex issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance. We’re currently growing our team across all capabilities to help meet increasing demand, providing you with the opportunity to work with a number of large-scale projects for major Banking industry clients in Greece and abroad.

Your key responsibilities

As an experienced professional in Consulting team you will participate in engagements that typically involve managing multiple stakeholders and requires you to give the best advice to our clients. At the same time, you are required to continuously develop through trainings and hands on experience on a variety of projects.

• Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY consulting services into meaningful valued propositions for clients

• Curious mindset with excitement for development of new skills and areas of expertise

To qualify for the role, you must have

• From 4 up to 6 years of experience in Strategy/ Transformation/ Project management/ Business analysis, ideally in a top tier consulting practice (industry specialization in Banking)

• Eagerness to work independently in order to deliver high quality outcomes for complex problems under demanding timeframes

• Advanced business writing skills both in Greek and English language

• A bachelor and/or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related field with quantitative focus

• Advanced user of MS Office suite (especially for MS Excel and PowerPoint)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Hands-on involvement in projects for segmentation, value proposition, front-line productivity increase of Commercial Banking (Large corporates, SME, structured lending)

• Excellent academic track record from a leading university

• Strong experience and leading teams in Banking functions other than those mentioned above

• Knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques and respective qualifications

• Knowledge from working experience in technologies for data analysis/ management (e.g. SQL, R) and visualization (e.g. PowerBI)
