responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Field Service Technician are the following:
- Provide full scope of after sales services on field and/or through telephone in a qualitative and efficient way
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare high quality technical reports in a timely manner
- Performs all designated activities in a safe manner, following the safety procedures and is accountable of his PPE, tools and his Company Vehicle
- Ensure technical knowledge on all products and innovate technologies and develop expert technical knowledge on designated products
- Follow trainings to stay updated of new products and solutions and latest market trends
requirements
The Field Service Technician should have the following:
- Working licence as refrigeration technician
- At least 5 years of proven working experience on refrigeration installation and refrigeration systems using CO2 as refrigerant
- Prior experience as HVAC technician will be considered an asset
- Previous experience on working with controllers and automation (wiring etc)
- Be certified according to F-GAS regulations
- Driving Licence
- Available to travel
- Costumer oriented profile
