FOH/MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:
Hosts, Greeters, Captains, Servers, Runners, Bartenders, Polisher

Dining Manager

BOH/MANAGEMENT POSITIONS:
Butcher/FishMonger, Cooks, Porters, Dishwashers

Sous Chefs

Ideal Candidates:
At Least 2 to 3 Years of Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment. New York City Restaurant experience preferred.
