Assists with production while remaining aware of HACCP systems, GMP?s, SQF compliance, sanitation, traceability concerns, and quality standards. Performs basic responsibilities ranging from organizing inventory, preparing items for shipment, working with others on a production line, mixing, staging, packaging, cleaning, and other responsibilities as given by management.

What You?ll Do:
Feed raw materials into machinery
Assemble goods on production lines
Monitor the production process, follow production guidelines and specifications
Carry out basic quality and testing checks
Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
Pack goods for shipping
Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
Performing other tasks as assigned
What you’ll Need:
High School graduate or G.E.D. preferred
Packing experience and/or experience in a food processing facility preferred
1-3 years of work experience preferred
Strong team player
Good communication skills
Able to read and understand English
Willingness and ability to learn new tasks
Strong problem solving skills
Must have flexibility with scheduling, ability to work multiple shifts
Bonus Points For:
CPG/Natural Foods experience
Start-up experience
Work Environment:
Chocolate and yogurt production facility. Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)
