The job holder will be responsible for writing and coding complex individual programs so as to build efficient and effective information systems, in accordance with company’s objectives.

The main tasks for the position of the Full Stack .NET Developer are:

• Write and code individual programs from specific requirements in accordance with Development standards
• Participate in technical design and create technical specification documents
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
• Participate in the development of standards, practices and enforcement of software development tools and the deployment of applications
• Responsible for Performance tuning, improvement, usability, automation
• Investigate, analyse and document reported defects
• Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
• Perform proper work estimation
• Create and maintain technical documentation using defined documentation templates
• Create, document, and implement unit test plans and scripts
• Perform release process in development environment

The requirements for this Full stack .NET Developer position are: 

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development 
• Studies in Application Development / Programming / Business Analysis (Undergraduate degree in Computer Science will be considered a plus)
• Solid knowledge and working experience needed to the group of the following Systems / Languages and technologies: Microsoft .NET Framework, C# & VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript & AngularJS or ReactJs, Web APIs, MS SQL Server
• Azure Cloud certification
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Thorough knowledge of English which is the working language of the organisation 
• Excellent knowledge of Informational Management methodology and software development life cycle
• Solid knowledge of Insurance Business Processes
• Solid knowledge of database architecture, design and implementation
• Ability to interpret written Business requirements and technical specification documents
• Ability to code software according to Development standards and design guidelines.
• Expert knowledge of writing program documentation
• Good knowledge of security and encryption may be advantageous 
• Customer centricity
• Able to work well alone or as team member
• Focus on both delivery and quality; high tolerance in working under pressure
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
