As a German B2C Sales Agent, your aim will be to:
- Be accountable for timely service deals for German customers in assigned territory
- Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.
- Accurately forecast business targets & opportunities in territory
- Promptly handle & solve customer objections and complaints
- Prepare correct sales orders & quotes
- Correctly identifies customer requirements & needs for support services, including contractual terms and conditions
- Selling support services after point of system sales or up-selling for existing active contracts
requirements
In order for your profile to match the German B2C Sales Agent role, you need to possess most of the below skills:
- Native level of the German language
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/telesales & customer relationship management
- Very good English skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven influencing & negotiating ability
- Strong objection handling abilities
- Good numeracy & attention to detail
- PC literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
