responsibilities

As Graphic Designer you will join a multinational creative team and your duties will be the following:

• Deliver impeccably executed,conversion-focussed, graphic design assets for our clients
• Work on open briefs, alongside Creative Strategists and Copywriters, to transform client-approved creative concepts into brand new social media campaign assets
• Work on big, original ideas, designed to get brands noticed
• Work closely with Paid Search and Paid Social Specialists to produce iterations of best performing assets in order to continually maintain and improve campaign performance 
• Work with a diverse range of clients and lots of different audiences

requirements

In order for your profile to match the graphic designer role, you need to have the following skills:

• A strong design portfolio demonstrating digital design across various customer touch points 
• 3+ years experience working on designs for social media and paid search advertising
• Expert use of Photoshop and Illustrator (Mac based)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• A strong eye for layout, ability to understand and follow brand guidelines and strong typographic skills
• Understanding of how to pitch ideas with sketches, wireframes and mock-ups.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills – ability to respond to changes quickly
• Team player – ability to work as part of a multinational remote team and make decisions that are for the good of the group
• Experience in motion design, UX and HTML5 will be considered asset(s)
