As CTO you will be responsible for the strategic development, transformational change and operational management of the technology function of the company. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Implement digital transformation which will enable the organisation to deliver innovative and competitive fintech products and services within the market
• Provide thought leadership, define, and implement the group’s digital strategy
• Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies
• Promote company’s services to high level stakeholders
• Be responsible for the technology infrastructure of the company (both software and hardware)

requirements

Your profile can match the CTO position in case you have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience within the e-payments industry, as CTO, or Technical Director, or IT Director etc
• Degree in IT, Finance or relevant field
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of digital transformation plans)
• Ability to come up with new ideas regarding innovative services and products of the e-payments sector
• Ability to negotiate and present solutions to a business executives
• Experience in leading teams of people
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to work with people at all levels inside and outside the organization
