responsibilities
The Health & Safety Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Provides H&S training to all employees according to company policy and regulatory requirements
- Coordinates the implementation and development of ongoing effective Health & Safety programs
- Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures
- Ensures the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records for H&S-related activities
- Assures the development of annual H&S compliance goals & performance targets
- Participates in the review of new H&S operations, processes, and procedures
- Monitors budgeting, H&S needs and resource management
requirements
The Health & Safety Manager must have:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- NEBOSH Certification or IOSH Certification & ISO 45001 Auditor
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
