responsibilities
As Helpdesk/Application Support Engineer, your responsibilities will be the following:
- Support the operational management of company’s IT systems and get actively involved in all aspects of the development of systems and applications (ERP etc.)
- Liaise with end-users & software vendors
- Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected and train end-users while also debugging the systems and ensuring that they are error-free
- Interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
requirements
In order for your profile to match the Helpdesk/Application Support Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in IT or relative field
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases
- Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
- Very good communication skills in both Greek and English
- Completed military obligations, if applicable
