Host

The Host is solely in charge of greeting all guests. Host is defined as person who receives or entertains other people as guests.

General Responsibilities

∙ Attending to all guest needs

∙ Greeting all guest at all times

∙ Sitting guest through a proper table rotation

∙ Working with the restaurants Table Management System

∙ Taking and completing orders through our online services

∙ Answering all phone calls

∙ Ordering TO GO food for guest and collecting payment through our POS system

∙ Maintain the Host stands by day-to-day side works including, menu maintenance and cleaning all highchairs and boosters.

Experience:
∙ No Experience Needed, but Restaurant Experience preferred

Skills/Aptitudes:
∙ Professional communication skills are required.

∙ Ability to take direction from Director of Operations.

∙ Ability to work in a team environment.

∙ Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

∙ Ability to communicate with customers in a calm and controlled manner

∙ Ability to work an electronic seating system (NoWait)

∙ Ability to compose oneself on the phone

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays*
