responsibilities
The responsibilities for the HR Consultant role will be to:
- Support in the full cycle of the compensation surveys (e.g. gathering data, analysing, processing, reporting, presenting and communicating)
- Analyze current and forecast future trends in the local and national market in the compensation and benefits area
- Contribute and deliver other clients projects according to standards of high quality and within required budget and timelines
- Assist and manage processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Demonstrate strong, communication skills and maintain good relationships with clients
- Support in delivery of workshops/ presentations in Reward or other relevant areas of Consulting
- Support business opportunities with existing or new clients
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the company’s global network
- Enhance team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by sharing and leveraging best practices
requirements
The ideal candidate should have
- Bachelor’s degree economics, finance, statistics or relevant field
- Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics or any other related field would be an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience in payroll analysis, benefits or job evaluation would be an asset
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the consulting sector and/or
- Minimum of 3 years in compensation and benefits administration and/or financial/business analytics
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
