responsibilities

The responsibilities for the HR Recruiter position include:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Filtering, selection and validation of received applications
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and fulfill project goals
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Assist On-site team with daily responsibilities required to keep Recruitment Operations successful
• Development of actions to increase Candidate applications

requirements

The ideal candidate for the HR Recruiter position should have:

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
• Proven work experience as  Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding and use of english language
• Good command of another language will be considered as an asset
