responsibilities
The responsibilities of the HR Specialist include:
- Managing the recruitment cycle of the company
- Candidate Communication, vendor Communication
- Manage Hiring Documentation, such as Employment contracts, Internal Policies
- Take initiatives in order to set new HR Systems
- Coordinate the communication between Line Managers and Candidates
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Filtering, selection and validation of received applications
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and fulfill project goals
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Assist On-site team with daily responsibilities required to keep Recruitment Operations successful
- Development of actions to increase Candidate applications
requirements
The ideal candidate for the HR Specialist position should have:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Proven work experience in similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding and use of english language
