POSITION
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Synthesis of the names of the Greek gods Theia, goddess of light and sight, and Helios, god of the sun, Thélios covers the entire eyewear production cycle, dealing with the design, production and worldwide distribution of sunglasses and optical frames for some of the Houses within the LVMH portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact for employee Human Resources and benefit questions.
  • Administrative work such as, filing, recordkeeping, scheduling, reporting, collecting/tracking employee signoffs, audits).
  • Ensure paid time off requests and employee hours are submitted and approved before each pay
  • Help manage benefit invoicing process.
  • Help execute HR compliance initiatives.
  • Handle non-urgent ER issues and communicate updates to HRD.
  • Execute talent acquisition operations and tasks based on strategies developed by HRD.
  • Full lifecycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, job offers, background checks to onboarding.
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews and flow.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and help to ensure employees experience a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct HR new hire employee “check-in” meetings at 30-60-90 days.
  • Participate in LVMH talent initiatives and execution of projects.
  • Hold exit meetings and communicate exit information for assigned positions.
  • Ensure all corporate job descriptions are updated.
  • Work with HRD on employer branding initiatives, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Execute Learning and Development operations and tasks based on strategies.
  • Administer training from LRN LVMH online learning system.
  • Facilitate employee and management trainings, including timekeeping and attendance, recruitment, PCR (performance review), soft benefits, etc.
  • Participate in LVMH L&D initiatives and execution of projects.
  • Update organizational chart on monthly basis.
  • Plan and Execute employee engagement events.
  • Help build and develop culture initiatives in our growing company.
  • Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and communication.
  • Office coordination of supplies, meeting areas, and building information/communication.
  • Complete travel & expenses for CEO and HRD.
  • Support executive, and global/HQ meetings, with creation of agenda, presentations, etc.

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field required (HR Certification a plus)
  • 2-3 years administrative experience preferred; 1-2 years HR experience strongly preferred (including full life cycle recruiting).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to build relationships and be an employee advocate while being a representative of Thélios.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
