EYs Technology Solutions Delivery Practice assists our consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle enterprise level IT architecture initiatives. The practice provides skilled architects with experience in leading architectural practices, methods, and resources in the enterprise applications and technology space. These resources design, architect, deliver and lead innovative initiatives which transform client legacy infrastructures into the dynamic digital environments. Your Key Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for managing large project teams through architecture, design and implementation of integration solutions for IBM Maximo or TRIRIGA projects. The Integration Lead will be responsible for successfully deploying integration solutions based on IBM Hybrid Cloud Integration software such as API Connect, App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

The client may also decide to use other integration (non-IBM) integration platforms. In your role, you will be expected to solution the same in conjunction with IBM and non-IBM applications and/or IoT devices that need to be integrated. You will also provide business development assistance.

• Develop integration architecture for IBM Maximo or TRIRIGA projects

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment of integrations for IBM Maximo or TRIRIGA projects

• Lead integration track and own complete delivery of integration workstream in an IBM Maximo or TRIRIGA project

• Lead design and development of assets, accelerators and solutions using IBM integration tools

• Develop technical point of view for integration leading practices and trends which will help our client solve their integration challenges

• Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery by successfully monitoring delivery quality in integration projects

• Develop integration frameworks considering all relevant artifacts including, security, governance, error handling, requirement traceability and access management

• Plan and develop project plans for integration track in tandem with the broader project plan for the project

• Establish and track quality related KPIs, quality checkpoints, quality assessment reports and corrective measures for integration track

• Develop templates, processes and RACI for integration development

• Take ownership of deliverables and conduct reviews with clients and seek sign-offs

• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to address needs of the integration track

• Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training. Lead by example

• Generate new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding EY and its service lines and actively assessing and presenting ways to apply knowledge and services

• Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally

• Work back with the distributed teams through SDCs and ODCs

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelors degree and 5 or more years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience

• 5-10 years of experience working on integration technologies preferably IBM Integration components like IBM Hybrid Cloud Integration software such as API Connect, App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Java, REST Services

• Solid experience in MIF (Maximo Integration Framework)

• 2 or more years of experience in a managerial and IT/business integration role

• Experience with design and implementation SOA web services and SOA BPM architecture

• Solid experience and knowledge of different integration patterns like Publish/Subscribe, Request/Response, Hub/Spoke, Synchronous/Asynchronous etc.

• Experience implementing integrations with Maximo EAM or TRIRIGA with IoT devices and ERP applications is preferred

• Experience implementing integrations with IBM Watson IoT is preferred

• Redhat OpenShift / Kubernetes based micro-services environment experience is preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills

• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, and new technologies

• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 70-90% of a work schedule

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
