The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Sr Director of Finance the Inventory Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory. Clio is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with exceptional math and analytical skills. Ideal candidates should be very comfortable working in a warehouse as well as an office setting and have a working knowledge of inventory transactions in a manufacturing environment while being capable of navigating spreadsheets and other programs.

What You?ll Do:
- Maintain inventory database and reconcile physical stock count to Accounting ERP System
- Responsible for partaking in and auditing weekly inventory counts
- Must be okay with a flexible work schedule. Weekend days may be required for physical counts. If a weekend day is worked, a comp day will be given that week.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and investigate problems
- Verify counts of components, ingredients and finished goods moving in and out of the facility
- Evaluate inventory usage rates and working loss
- Report inventory discrepancies to controller and suggest improvements to inventory control
- Create and maintain inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting strongly preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in inventory control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must have manufacturing inventory exposure experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills
- Must be flexible with scheduling
Bonus Points For:
- CPG/Natural Foods experience
- Start-up experience
Work Environment:
A mixture of office and warehouse setting environment, exposure to loud noises and cold temperatures
