Support Wealth Advisor with sales support, maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues
Provide strong support to Wealth Advisor across periodic reviews for KYC, Account Activity, AML, etc.
Process a variety of daily administrative account servicing tasks
Lead account opening applications, profiling of clients in internal systems and building strong operational knowledge base
Qualifications
Interest in Financial Services with prior experience working with Financial Advisors and Bankers a plus.
Proficient in software applications (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
Team player – ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under stress.
Well organized, detail oriented, self-starter.
Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Language Requirement: English fluency with optional language skill (Spanish, Greek, French or Russian)
KYC/AML experience (a plus)
