responsibilities
As IT Field Engineer, you will join a company that implements and supports the IT infrastructure in large and well-known companies. Specifically, your duties will be the following:
- Solve technical problems after contacting Helpdesk
- Camera security systems installation and configuration
- Alarm systems installation and configuration
- Structured cabling wiring installation
- Fiber optic termination & certification
- Solve technical problems of customer equipment
- Basic installation of computer equipment in customer
requirements
Your profile can match the IT Field Engineer position in case you have the following skills:
- ≥ 2 year of experience as IT Field Engineer or similar role
- Degree in IT or similar field
- Experience in installation and technical support of security systems
- Good communication skills in both Greek and English
- Customer-centric approach
- Military obligations completed, if applicable
- Driving license (B category) is required
