responsibilities

As IT Services Team Leader, you will be coordinating a skilled IT support team responsible for the support and deployment of user and company systems/applications in maritime companies.The company’s clientele includes 200+ shipping companies and 800+ users from all over the world. More specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Support IT specialists in troubleshooting, 2nd level support, ensure an always on customer infrastructure
• Pre-sales technical support
• Interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support
• Responsible for the installation, administration & troubleshooting of computer and network hardware and software systems

requirements

Your profile can match the IT Services Team Leader position in case you have the following skills:

• ≥ 5 years of hands-on experience in the IT sector
• Experience in systems administration, Windows and/or Linux systems
• Proven experience in leading support teams and IT support systems including helpdesk, remote support, health and performance monitoring
• Degree in IT or relevant field
• Good communication skills in both Greek and English
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Military obligations completed, if applicable
• Any certification(s) in IT infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft, or Cisco etc) will be considered asset(s)
