24/7 CCTV Operator

M.S Security Group is seeking a 24/7 CCTV Operator to join our growing Limassol-based headquarters team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television(CCTV) and surveillance security systems
• Promptly report any safety, security, or technical matters and create corresponding tickets
• Efficiently coordinate day-to-day tasks, ensuring they are carried out in a timely and effective manner, following the instructions of the Senior Operator
• Conduct a comprehensive and thorough handover prior to to the commencement of each shift
• Assist in training new and existing personnel, following the guidance of the Operations Supervisor
• Assist in investigations as needed
• Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of the prescribed actions be taken in the event of an incident, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures(SOP).

Key Requirements:

• Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient understanding of CCTV/Surveillance systems and their operations
• Very good understanding of maritime operations
• Proactive, effective solution and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to observe details, plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent knowledge and working abilities of Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

• Proven and adequate work experience
• Relevant Training and minimum 1 year of experience in Maritime Security
